The days start to be longer and it is about time the daylight saving time to start. It will happen on 13th March 2016 In USA and Canada. The clocks will be turned one hour forward between the night of Saturday and Sunday. The switch to daylight saving time will happen at 2am on Sunday morning when the clock hands will be turned to 3am.
All parts of United States and Canada are not changing to daylight saving time. There are wide areas that will remain in standard time. The main reason of daylight saving time is to push the early morning hour that some of us may spend in deep sleep one hour forward. This way the sun comes up an hour later and sets on hour later.
