Libya canceled the autumn 2013 switch to standard time
The country will remain on daylight saving time throughout this winter.

The government of Libya decided the country to stay on daylight saving time this winter instead of returning to standard time.
The switch to standard time was supposed to take place on Friday, October 25 at 02:00 a.m. but the government canceled it just shortly before. There were no reasons given to the resolution.
It is still unclear whether this is the new official standard time for Libya or just an experiment for this winter.
