The country will move to daylight saving time together with USA and Canada.

The Electric Union in Cuba announced on 3rd March that the nation will move to daylight saving time (DST) at midnight between Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10, 2013.
This announcement will make the change to daylight saving time to take place almost a month earlier than in the previous plan.
The new daylight saving time schedule for this spring is the same as in the United States. Another Caribbean nation following the same DST schedule as the USA is the Bahamas.
